Transitioning from his athletic career, Matt pursued higher education and graduated from Northwestern University's prestigious Kellogg School of Management, where he honed his strategic and leadership capabilities.

Prior to co-founding True Up Capital Advisors, Matt established himself as an investment partner at A111, where he specialized in sourcing and funding deals in the lower middle market.
